These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of khilnay.co and any orders placed through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Khilnay Co. is a flower retailer registered in Lahore, Pakistan. Our contact email is [email protected].

3. Orders

  • Prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery zone, or for reasons of suspected fraud.
  • Same-day delivery is available within Lahore for orders placed before the cutoff shown at checkout.

4. Payment

  • We accept payment through our payment provider partners. Card details are processed by the provider — we do not see or store them.
  • Subscription orders are billed monthly on the date you subscribed, until you cancel.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver across Lahore. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
  • We will attempt to deliver during your selected window. If you are not available, our courier will leave the arrangement in a safe spot if possible, or coordinate redelivery via WhatsApp.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the arrangement is delivered.

6. Quality and freshness

We guarantee freshness on the day of delivery. If your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund the order.

7. Subscriptions

  • You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us.
  • Cancellations take effect after the current month's delivery has shipped.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
